Things you need to know

How many tickets can I buy?
You can buy 1 ticket to 160 (providing there are enough available!)

How much do tickets cost?
Each ticket costs £43.50

How many guests can each table seat?
Each table can seat 8 people. If you book more than one table we will do our best to position your tables near to each other.

Will I get a booking confirmation?
Yes. You will receive confirmation by email. Please contact us if you do not receive a confirmation within 1 working day of your booking.

If I book a table can we pay individually?
Yes. But we ask that you allocate a main contact for your party and make payment as one group. All cheques from the same group should be sent together in one envelope with the relevant paperwork.

Please write the main contact for your party, on the back of each cheque.

Are there discounts for booking a table?
No. Unfortunately, it is not possible.

Can I still buy tickets after 15th November 2017?
Please get in touch using the contact details enclosed for ticket availability.

What is the deadline date to buy tickets?
The deadline date for ticket sales is 15th November 2017. There are 160 tickets available per event, so once these have gone there will not be any further sales, unless cancellations are received.

Will I get a booking confirmation?
Yes. You will receive confirmation by email. Please contact us if you do not receive a confirmation within 72 hours of your booking.

How do I pay?
To confirm individual or table bookings, a £10 non refundable deposit per person or £80 per table, must be paid. All final balancing payments must be received by 15th October 2017 or your tickets may be resold.

Payments must be made by cheque and posted to the contact details supplied.

Alternatively, you may make payment by bank transfer (BACS). Account information available on request.

What if I need to cancel?
If you need to cancel any of your tickets, your deposit is non refundable. To cancel, you must notify us in writing before 15th November 2017. No refunds will be given after 15th November 2017. Individual spaces for full table bookings are not possible.

Dress Code
The dress code is Smart. NO DENIM. NO TRAINERS.
The Management reserve the right to refuse admission. The Managements’ decision is final.
