Cancellations Policy

In all cases, deposits are non-refundable.

Cancellations made before 6th November 2016, will receive a full refund, minus your deposit.

Cancellations made after 5th November 2016, WILL NOT receive any refunds.

If you have booked one or more tables and you wish to cancel, please do so in writing or by email.

It is your responsibility to ensure that individual cancellations from within your party are paid for in full.

In the event of insufficient bookings, Zander Events reserves the right to cancel this event, whereupon the client will be notified and Zander Events will refund to the client any advance payment made by the client, but will have no further liability to the client.

 

General

Dietary requirements and menu changes must be received 10 working days or more before the event.

Zander Events takes pride and great care in providing a celebration event for its clients, but should any areas of this programme require rectifying, Zander Events reserves the right to amend any part of this programme and will not accept liability for errors, omissions or cancellations.

The consumption of alcohol that has not been purchased on the premises, is strictly forbidden.

Damages to any of the fixtures and fittings at the event may be invoiced to the client.

This event is a formal event and we expect all guests to be smartly dressed. NO DENIM. NO TRAINERS

Zander Events reserves the right to refuse admission.

Credit/Debit cards will be accepted at the event (admin charges may apply).
